Fees

The majority of my services are customised to each individuals’ needs and therefore costs can vary. I offer a free initial consultation after which I can then give you an obligation free quote. As a general guide you can expect costs as follows:

End of life Doula service

I charge $60 per hour for the first five hours. This hourly rate reduces if the client wishes to sign up for a package. Ten, twenty and thirty hour packages can be negotiated depending on your needs and the sort of services you would like to receive. Travel costs and any accommodation costs may be included in a quote if the client lives some distance away. Working late at night or on weekends may also incur a higher cost. All of this can be negotiated and included in the Client Service Agreement for any of the packages. This agreement will include all services to be provided and the total cost involved. Payment plans can also be arranged at this stage.

Life story service

Life story documents/books start at $360 for a standard two hour meeting plus the writing, creating and printing of a 15-20 page colour document with a soft cover. Prices increase for longer sessions and larger, professionally printed hard cover books. As with all my services I will tailor the process and the document to your needs and can negotiate a price that suits you. I have several samples of different styles and sizes of books that I have developed, which I can bring to our initial meeting in order to help you choose what suits you.

Ceremonies to farewell

Funeral ceremonies can range in cost for $400 to $500 depending on distances travelled and length of the service.
